Paachakam Book Launch at Savera Hotels, Chennai

Paachakam Heritage Cuisine Of Kerala by Sabita Radhakrishna was successfully launched on 17
October 2022, at Savera Hotels, Chennai. The event was organised in collaboration with The Duchess
Club. Sabita Radhakrishna was in conversation with our Chief Guest, Chef Regi Mathew and the
Guest of Honour, Nina Reddy. The programme was followed by a demo of recipes from the book by
Chef Jesu.
