Successful candidate must have:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in content writing/social media management
• Strong communication, organisational and writing skills
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities include:
• Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media and monthly mailers
• Promoting products, services and content via social media, in a way that is consistent with our brand and social media strategy
• Planning a calendar and scheduling social media posts using applications
• Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
• Author support – advise and communication for social media
• Work closely with book bloggers
• Analysis of digital marketing campaigns
• Putting together a monthly newsletter
• Plan and implement offline and online book events
• Coordinate reviews in traditional media
We are looking to hire an experienced, enthusiastic and highly organized DTP head who will oversee the publishing house’s DTP operations across all lists and imprints. As a successful hire you will also be responsible for keeping to schedules, working on multiple books at the same time as well as managing the company archive
Designation: DTP Head/Manager:
An ideal candidate is someone with prior experience in publishing, in particular in illustrated books. In addition to having an in depth knowledge of all relevant software (ie Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Indesign) the candidate should have good interpersonal and analytical skills.
