  • Kumud Dwivedi is a patisserie consultant, food stylist, recipe designer, and classically trained pastry chef whose work bridges the delicate architecture of Western confectionery with the traditions of Indian mithai. She is the founder and creative director of ‘Creatif by Kumud’. An inveterate traveller, she has journeyed across India’s diverse regions – from the mithai shops of Old Delhi to the sweet-scented lanes of Kolkata and the festive kitchens of Rajasthan – gathering recipes, stories and memories that form the living heart of this book. Mithai is her second cookbook.
