  • Megha Kohli is the Chef Partner at Mezze Mambo, a Mediterranean restaurant in New Delhi. She also runs a boutique hospitality consultancy, helping restaurateurs turn their visions into reality. With 18 years of experience in the food industry, her career highlights include heading operations at establishments such as The Olive Beach and Lavaash by Saby. Megha actively promotes sustainable cooking practices on global platforms. She was selected for the prestigious Cochran Fellowship Program by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, represented India at the EAT Forum in Stockholm and cooked at the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization in Rome. She was honoured as the ‘Times Chef of the Year’ in 2020.
