Bill Ricquier is a lifelong cricket devotee who practices and teaches law for a living. Born and raised in Winchester, England, he has studied law at Lincoln College, Oxford. In 1980 Bill moved to Singapore where he lives with his
wifeand son.
He is the author of The Indian Masters (Roli Books) and has also co-authored Hampshire County Cricket Club – 100 Greats. He is the executive producer of a 2006 action movie, Killing Time 24-7.
