ICONIC TREES OF INDIA IN DELHI 

The Iconic Trees Of India by S.Natesh is a celebration of the 75 natural wonders of India, which are the most enriching and valuable trees of the country due to their religious-cultural association, historical importance and associated communities and folklore. 

The book is an enriching depiction of the trees with original watercolour illustrations of the trees by highly acclaimed visual artist Sagar Bhowmick.

Event: The book will be launched on 1st September 2024 in Delhi in the presence of the author, S.Natesh, and the renowned Journalist and Environmental Editor Bahar Dutt, who will also engage in an exclusive conversation around the book.

EVERYDAY INDIAN AESTHETIC IN JAIPUR 

The “Everyday Indian Aesthetic” is a unique documentation of photographs taken by Sayali Goyal, a cultural curator and a visual artist, during her travels across India in the last seven years, starting from 2016. 

From architecture, adornments, objects, colours, texture, patterns and topography, the photo book discovers how design has the capacity to document the exchange of cultures from the past and present while celebrating the beauty and functionality associated with everyday designs. 

Event: The launch event presented by Roli, set within the glorious palace of Jaipur, will be held on 4th September 2024. 

Who is it for: If you are a traveller who loves exploring aesthetic places, and the daily lives of people from different cultures and communities of India, be a part of the unveiling of the aesthetics of everyday life in India.

20 X 20 – TWENTY ARCHITECTS AND TWENTY ICONIC HOMES OF INDIA IN DELHI AND MUMBAI 

20×20 is a selected collection of homes across India created by architects both new and experienced, conjured in diverse geographies. It’s a detailed description of everything from work-in-progress photos to sketches, blueprints, philosophies, design perspectives and the final architecture of beautiful homes.

Event: The book will be launched on 7th September (in Delhi) and on 28th September (in Mumbai) to celebrate the architects, their projects and the literary expertise of Gauri Kelkar, the author. 

Embracing the principle of “Talk less, show more”, embedded in the Pecha Kucha style presentation, the architects from the book will be telling stories through images of their Hero Projects.
